Meet our owner, Christian DiBerto, a Boston native, seasoned insurance professional, and sports enthusiast. Now residing in Phoenix, Christian brings the perfect blend of East Coast drive and Southwestern perspective to his clients in all 50 states.

Prior to founding The DiBerto Agency, Christian was a union ironworker for seven years, constructing and reinforcing large-scale projects with a carefully selected team. His journey from ironworking to insurance was driven by a desire to help people protect what they’ve worked hard for and understand the importance of building and securing a financial future for themselves and their families.

Christian thrives on the opportunity to craft innovative and strategic approaches tailored to each of his client's specific needs. Recently, he structured a customized strategy for his premium finance client to be able to contribute over $500,000 to an indexed universal life policy over five years, ultimately creating more than $35 million in tax-advantaged funds for his young son to access in the future.

In his free time, Christian enjoys golfing, playing softball on a local team, and daytrading. You can typically find him at the dog park with his best friend Manny or trying new restaurants.
